Group Description
Getting real & demystifying the PSB’s negatively impacting you & your relationships! Learn the reasons these maladaptive behaviors develop & how you can replace them with healthier alternatives. We’ll provide a nonjudgmental & safe atmosphere to provide education, practice & open discussion to teach vital skills that can reduce shame, manage your triggers, improve communication & build true intimacy with your partner.

Thursday evenings: 5:30 p.m.-6:50 p.m. (PST)

Group Requirements
All new participants must complete one intake appointment with a lead therapist and complete a formal intake assessment to determine eligibility prior to group admission.
Once the group commences, new members are not permitted to join and the group remains closed.
Group Format
Group size is 7-9 men
2 group therapists
Hybrid format: in-person (recommended) & online
80-minutes
12-Week commitment
Psycho-education, Mindfulness, Skill-building, Group discussion, and Homework
Fees for Service
A $150 deposit is due to reserve your spot prior to the beginning of the group.
There are 3 payment options:
1. $900 pay in full (early bird registration $850).
2. Two payments of $450 each 6 weeks.
3. Weekly payments of $75 each.
Note: All participants are billed the full 12 weeks upon early dropout with no refunds.
